ARE YOU HAVING ISSUES LOGGING ONTO THE SITE?
When we switched the site over, we also imported the email addresses of existing customers... if you are receiving an error message stating that your email address is already in use, you can click the "forgot your password?" link and have a new one sent (and then you can change it to your liking)
Your email address will be your new username.

ARE YOU HAVING PROBLEMS PLACING AN ORDER?
The first thing you should do is check to see if your email address is already in our database. (See above.) Once you've logged into the site, please check the shipping/billing address we have on file for you. Our new website is being a stickler for the proper address (ie. If you have Houston, TX, USA as your city, state and country, it isn't reading it properly on the new site. Please choose your Country first and then the State or Province.)
This SHOULD fix the issue with the ability to make a purchase, but, if not, please send an email to email@example.com
DO YOU HAVE A DIGITAL MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION??
Here's the skinny... because of the changes to the new site, we're working out all the kinks... especially with the Digital Subscriptions (This doesn't affect the INDIVIDUAL issues ordered after October 14, 2010). Bear with us - we're working everything out...
In the meantime... IF you've purchased individual issues and/or have digital subscription that you have a question about, please open a support ticket at http://help.airbrushaction.com/helpdesk with your order number and/or the issues you've purchased prior to the website update.
